ASPA is excited to offer a new flexible call taker position that can be customized to fit your work/life balance and family needs:

• 40h weekly schedule (24/8/8) with 1 call per week + guaranteed weekday off in addition to post-call day

• Employees can request specific non-working days for maximum flexibility to accommodate appointments, family activities, long weekends for travel and more

• In a given week, employees can move call shifts to maximize stretches free from work (up to 6 consecutive days off without utilizing PTO)

• Option to pick up additional shifts (on non-working days or weekends) paid at competitive per diem rate
